About the role
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Production Specialist is a technical, customer-facing role focused on production print equipment and supporting both internal teams and clients.
In this position, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Ricoh production devices, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting sales and service teams, and helping customers get the most out of their equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, configure, and support Ricoh production print equipment

Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support in production environments

Work closely with the sales team on demos, pre-sales support, and solution design

Train customers on equipment use, workflows, and best practices

Support colour management, finishing options, and workflow software

Support service technicians with escalations and complex technical issues

Build and maintain strong relationships with key production print clients

Stay current with Ricoh technologies, software, and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with production print systems in Print-to-Pay environments (Ricoh preferred)

Strong understanding of print workflows, colour management, and finishing processes

Solid technical aptitude with networks and print software
-
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols

Valid driver’s license (local travel required)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive compensation package, including extended health and dental benefits, and a company vehicle or travel allowance. Salary will be based on experience.
Relocation assistance may be available for candidates considering a move to the Okanagan region.
