Position Title: Library Clerk
Regent Christian Academy Society serves children and families across our campus schools, online school, and early learning programs. We focus on strong academics, whole-child development, and a Christ-centred environment where students grow in character and purpose. Our teams work hard, care deeply, and move fast to support a growing and dynamic school community.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Overview: This summer’s role supports the organization and modernization of the school’s library collection. It is a great opportunity for a student interested in literacy, organization, or education.
Key Responsibilities:
· Shelve books, perform inventory checks, and update the library database.
· Process new book arrivals and assist in repairing well-loved materials.
· Organize literacy resources for teachers to use in the upcoming semester.
Core Competencies
· Highly organized with strong alphabetical and numerical filing skills.
· Comfortable with computer data entry and library software.
Target Start Date: July 6, 2026

FTE: 35 hours per week
Work Location: Sullivan
Compensation & Benefits:
● Pay: CA $19.85 hourly
● Benefits: Extended Health & Dental, Pension plan available upon eligibility.

· Ability to perform repetitive organizational tasks with high accuracy.
