AN Evening/Closing SHIFT BANQUETS Supervisor

Join our Food and Beverage Team as a Banquets Supervisor. This is an exciting role, which will involve engaging and providing services to our guests through our Food and Beverage Operations which include our event spaces.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?

• Supervises event room set-ups service, and maintenance of all banquet functions and banquet equipment.

• Supervise, Empower, Lead, Coach and Motivate the Banquet team

• Responsible for ensuring coordination and execution of all events with Culinary, Stewarding, and Sales & Events team.

• Administrative tasks may include the facilitation of payroll, reports, forecasts, point of sale procedures, inventory and budget for food and beverage functions

• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, mostly evening and overnight shifts also including weekends and holidays

• Valid work authorization for Canada

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Proserve and Food Safe certification required

• Previous experience as an Event Services Captain or Event Services Supervisor preferred

This role will typically be a 30-hour workweek, some weekend and evening work will be required.

The starting hourly rate for this role is $25 CAD per hour
