Graham is actively recruiting for a Commercial Product Specialist supporting the Corporate Division. Reporting to the Commercial Improvement Manager, the Commercial Product Specialist plays a key role in executing and sustaining Graham’s Commercial business plan.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

-Coordinate and executecommercial improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities

-Leadsustainment activities by maintaining tools, standards, documentation, and performance metrics within the Graham Management System (GMS)

-Managestakeholder feedback, prioritize enhancements, and facilitate transparent feedback loops across teams

-Develop and implementchange management, communication, and training plans to support adoption of new processes and tools

-Analyze data and maintainKPI dashboards to monitor initiative outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions

The Right Tools for the Job

-Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

-Experience: 3 -7 years of relevant experience in initiative management, strategy, transformation, product management, or process improvement.

-Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Experience with Jira, DevOps, or Asana is considered an asset)
