Position: Hail Estimator
Location: DCCHail Canada
City: Calgary, AB
Classification: Full time, Immediate hire
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 pre year + Cell Phone Allowance, Net Earnings Bonus Percentage Monthly

Your area of focus.
As a Hail Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle hail damage and providing accurate cost estimates for repairs. You will work closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Inspect vehicle for damage, create a repair plan and estimate of cost
- Share repair plan with technician and the repairs to be completed
- Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships
- Estimate hail damage to vehicle and review repair plan
- Manage claims and write estimates in Mitchell and Qapter
- Travel required to various clients
- Oversee the quality of repair and ensure they meet standards
What are the must-haves…
- Bodyshop and or hail repair experience (min. 2 years)
- Estimation experience using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter
- Knowledge of insurance procedures
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to travel across Canada is required, based on business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- French is an asset
