Position: Takeaway Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive to pick up their takeaway orders
- Assist customers in placing orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations
- Accurately process orders using our POS system and handle cash transactions
- Ensure orders are prepared promptly and packaged neatly for takeaway
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the takeaway area, including cleaning surfaces and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
