About the role
Job description:
ABM College is currently looking for a highly competent, energetic, and exceptionally motivated Practicum Coordinator.

Essential Job Duties:
- Find practicum placements for the students and alumni.
- Devise, organize and manage professional development strategies for the students and alumni, like job search strategies, resume writing (individual or group setting), and preparing for job interviews and others.
- Establish linkages with community groups and agencies, businesses, industry and other organizations as potential employers.
- Collect labor market information about job opportunities, skill requirements, and other occupational information.
- Maintain accurate records of alumni's employment.
- Perform general recruitment and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree graduate (HR, Social Work, Marketing, Psychology, Project Management).
- At least 2 years work experience as Employment Counsellor / Recruiter in a recruitment agency.
- Strong marketing and project management skills.
- Proven records of establishing linkages to the employers and employment of the clients.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Result oriented.
