As a Trainer/Support – Project Management, you are passionate about construction and have a strong sense of training delivery excellence and a people-focused attitude. As a key member of the team, you will put your knowledge to work and provide support for project management during the execution stage of the construction process. What you will do

Design and deliver impactful training content from day one to support project management excellence.

Lead onboarding sessions by providing targeted project management training for new team members.

Serve as a trusted resource for project management software, guiding employees and monitoring user training progress.

Collaborate across departments to identify and address data entry discrepancies that affect project outcomes.

Maintain open communication with teams to assess and fulfill evolving training needs.

Stay current on system updates and changes, ensuring timely distribution of critical information.

Organize and document training sessions, reinforcing the importance of consistent system usage.

This role could be for you if you have
-
1-3 years of experience within a similar position in providing training to internal employees
-
Previous administrative experience within the construction or related industry is highly desirable;
-
A DEC (diploma of College Studies) or College Diploma in the field of Office Administration, Training and Development or a combination of education and industry experience;
-
Previous experience and working knowledge of Procore or CMiC is highly desirable;
-
A proven track record of project administrative support;
-
Solid written and verbal communication skills in french;
-
Strong computer skills with enthusiasm for innovation;
-
Proven organizational skills and a keen attention to detail;
-
Ability to travel within your local region and Canada;
-
Previous experience and working knowledge of HCSS or Textura is an added bonus.

The successful candidate must be able to obtain a government of Canada Secret Level Clearance (10+ years in Canada) as per contractual requirements.
