Role Responsibilities

The UConcierge Ambassador's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Assist with appointment check-ins and provide clear directions within the clinic.
• Facilitate communication between patients and clinical teams to support patient needs.
• Coordinate and manage patient transportation and other concierge services as required.
• Monitor patient flow and wait times, escalating issues to the Clinic Operations Manager as needed.
• Handle incoming calls and messages, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of waiting and reception areas to promote a positive atmosphere.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling follow-up appointments or managing patient records as directed.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy regulations at all times

Role Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally in a healthcare environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Proficient with computer applications including scheduling and communication software.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations and professional standards.
