Role Description The Infor LN Planning Consultant is a Remote position (US or Canada). This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing planning and scheduling processes within Infor LN to support efficient production, inventory, and supply chain operations. The consultant collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current workflows, and recommend improvements aligned with ERP best practices. Daily activities include creating and maintaining planning parameters, testing and validating system changes, preparing functional documentation, and providing end-user training and support. The role also involves coordinating with technical teams for integrations, monitoring system performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across ERP planning functions.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Planning capabilities to design, evaluate, and optimize Infor LN planning and scheduling processes. Experience in Financial Planning and related ERP modules to align operational plans with budgeting and cost-control objectives. Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and provide clear documentation and training. Proven Consulting experience in ERP environments, preferably Infor LN or Baan, including requirements gathering and solution delivery. Hands-on experience with Infor LN planning modules (e.g., MRP, production planning, capacity planning) and related configuration. Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution business processes and best practices in supply chain and inventory management. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Ability to Travel on-site in US, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to Agile project delivery.
