About the role
Job Summary:
The Receptionist position is to be the first point of contact for our company. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient office operations.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
- Collaborate with team members and support various departments as needed
- Uphold a positive and customer-oriented attitude in all interactions
- Other Administrative duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements (Minimum Education and Experience):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Proficient in using computer systems and software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus
