A national, full-service law firm is open to adding high-quality associates (2-8 years call) to its solicitor-side practice in Calgary.
The Opportunity
This is a growth-oriented opportunity within a well-established firm that is actively seeking strong talent. The group is open to candidates from both large national firms and well-regarded boutique practices.
You will join a collaborative team with a steady flow of sophisticated work and the ability to expand your practice across multiple areas.
Practice Areas
Corporate and commercial law Securities Mergers and acquisitions Real estate Wills and estates
Key Responsibilities
Manage and assist on a variety of transactional matters Draft and review agreements and supporting documents Provide strategic legal advice to business and individual clients Support complex transactions from inception through closing Collaborate across practice groups to deliver comprehensive client solutions
Ideal Candidate
2-8 years of solicitor-side experience Background in one or more of the listed practice areas Strong drafting, analytical, and client management skills Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Experience from a national firm or respected boutique is welcomed
