Join Calgary Restoration Calgary Restoration is a growing emergency restoration company serving Calgary and the surrounding communities. We specialize in water damage restoration, flood cleanup, sewer backup cleanup, structural drying, demolition, and complete property restoration for residential and commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced Water Damage Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration projects from initial emergency response through to completion. This position is ideal for someone with strong restoration knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and extensive experience preparing insurance estimates using Xactimate. The successful candidate will oversee restoration projects, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, communicate with homeowners and insurance representatives, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. What You'll Be Doing As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple restoration projects while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include: Responding to new water damage and emergency restoration losses Performing detailed property inspections and documenting damage Preparing accurate insurance estimates using Xactimate Developing project scopes and restoration plans Coordinating technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and scheduling Managing emergency mitigation, structural drying, demolition, and reconstruction activities Monitoring drying progress and reviewing moisture documentation Communicating regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, property managers, and office staff Managing project budgets, timelines, and job profitability Conducting quality control inspections throughout each project Ensuring all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices Maintaining complete job documentation, photographs, and project files Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced restoration professional who has: Previous experience as a Water Damage Restoration Project Manager, Restoration Supervisor, or Senior Restoration Technician Strong working knowledge of water mitigation and structural drying procedures Proven experience preparing insurance estimates using Xactimate Experience working with insurance companies and adjusters Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong leadership and communication abilities A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record The ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency losses Preferred Qualifications The following certifications and experience are considered strong assets: IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) Experience with Encircle, Dash, MICA, or other restoration management software Previous experience managing residential and commercial insurance claims Construction or reconstruction management experience What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Overtime opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (where applicable) Company phone and tablet Ongoing professional development and certification support Opportunity to work with a growing restoration company Career advancement into Senior Project Management and Operations leadership Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Join Calgary Restoration?
