We are currently hiring Accounting Technicians for our Campbell River and Comox offices.

What we have to offer:

Ideally, we would love to add an experienced Accounting Technician to our growing team, however, if you have what it takes, we are willing to train for the position!

These are some of the tasks you can expect as an Accounting Technician:

· Complete compilation engagements

· Bookkeeping support for clients and staff

· Preparation of personal and corporate tax

· Payroll support

· Assist in the filing of GST and WCB

You and your experience:

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualities and qualifications:

· Hardworking

· Strong problem-solving abilities

· Enjoys a team environment

· Familiarity with accounting and tax preparation software (QBO, SAGE, CaseWare, Taxprep) is ideal but not necessary

· Post-secondary education in accounting is an asset

Salary: $51,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
