About the role

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Albanian bilingual expert to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and cultural relevance. The role requires fluency in both Albanian and English to assess translations and ensure compliance with regional linguistic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated content translations from English to Albanian for linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Provide feedback on tone, idiomatic expressions, and contextual relevance in bilingual contexts.
- Collaborate with AI training teams to refine language models using localized input.
- Document inconsistencies or errors in translations to improve model performance.
- Work part-time with flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Native or near-native fluency in Albanian and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Attention to detail in identifying linguistic and cultural nuances.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on translations.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or language evaluation is a plus.
