Role Title: Investor Relations & Business Development Associate

Company: Alpha Hub (Subsidiary of Konzortia Capital) Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor Initial Term: 6 months (Equity-Based Compensation) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Shares issued monthly in lieu of salary (based on company valuation of $26M), plus Commission. Scope of Work

This role offers exceptional growth opportunities and direct mentorship from industry leaders who are architecting the future of private capital markets. Reporting directly to our visionary CEO (and secondarily to the Chief of Staff), you'll be instrumental in our capital raising and business development efforts, driving investor engagement while developing your expertise in the platform that will redefine how private capital operates globally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead investor relationship management – coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining follow-up communications Manage our CRM system (HubSpot preferred) with detailed lead tracking and investor insights Handle inbound investor inquiries with professionalism and strategic thinking Create compelling content including short-form videos, pitch presentations, and investor updates Collaborate on capital raising materials ensuring consistency and professional presentation Maintain brand standards across all investor communications and touchpoints Support marketing campaigns including investor funnels and email sequences Conduct strategic research and networking to identify potential investors via LinkedIn and other platforms Support executive initiatives working closely with CEO and Chief of Staff on high-impact projects

Essential Qualities

Excellent communication skills with confidence in professional presentations Comfortable with video content creation and virtual investor meetings Strong relationship-building abilities with executive-level professionals Interest in capital markets, private equity, or fundraising (experience preferred but not required) Familiarity with CRM platforms, design tools (Canva), or project management systems is valuable Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments A confident communicator with a professional presence Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Able to travel occasionally and thrive in fast-paced environments Passionate about innovation, startups, and the future of finance

Preferred Background

Degree (or in progress) in business, finance, marketing, or related field Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, Notion, Airtable, and Google Suite Familiarity with investor relations, fundraising, or private capital markets is a plus Prior experience in client-facing or executive support roles is highly valued
