Accountabilities

As a Senior Product Manager, Formations, you will lead product discovery, development, and optimization initiatives while driving scalable solutions that improve customer experiences and business performance. You will act as a strategic owner for your product area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Lead 0-to-1 product discovery and delivery, taking new product ideas from initial concepts through validation, MVP development, launch, and scaling. Identify and evaluate new product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and business potential. Own the evolution and scaling of product platforms to support new use cases, product offerings, and customer growth. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality product experiences throughout the product lifecycle. Design and optimize operational workflows and automation solutions that reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with sales, marketing, partnerships, and lifecycle teams to define go-to-market strategies and validate product-market fit. Manage product roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, resources, and strategic goals. Monitor product performance using key metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous optimization. Serve as the central point of communication for product initiatives, aligning stakeholders and ensuring transparency across teams. Contribute to improving product management processes by introducing structure, best practices, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in building digital products, scaling platforms, and driving customer-focused innovation. You are analytical, collaborative, and comfortable managing complex initiatives across multiple teams.

6+ years of experience in product management, including demonstrated success building 0-to-1 products and scaling platforms. Experience designing and launching workflow automation, operational tools, integrations, or solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Strong understanding of SMB customers, entrepreneurs, or small business users and experience designing products for high-consideration decisions. Proven ability to manage the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration. Comfortable using SQL, product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms, and financial modeling techniques. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder input. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics, analyze performance, and make informed product decisions. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present product strategies clearly. Familiarity with modern prototyping tools such as Figma to communicate ideas and concepts effectively. Curious, proactive, and collaborative approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
