This role is an opportunity for a senior product designer to shape the future of retail technology through innovative, AI-driven experiences. You will lead the design of next-generation intelligent tools that help merchants work more efficiently and confidently. Working at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and emerging technology, you will influence how complex ideas become impactful products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams while remaining deeply hands-on in execution. Accountabilities
Lead the design of AI-powered product experiences, defining new interaction models that allow merchants to collaborate with intelligent systems, delegate tasks, supervise outcomes, and maintain control. Own end-to-end product design initiatives, from early concepts and strategic exploration to prototypes and polished solutions delivered to customers. Drive innovation through hands-on experimentation, research, and prototyping to transform ambitious ideas into practical product experiences. Partner closely with engineering, product leaders, and cross-functional teams to bring complex solutions to life while balancing user needs and technical constraints. Elevate product design excellence across teams by contributing directly to high-impact projects, sharing expertise, and helping designers improve their craft. Explore future-facing opportunities and shape product strategy through thoughtful design exploration and rapid validation. Contribute to the evolution of mobile retail experiences as an ongoing strategic priority. Influence stakeholders across multiple teams through strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, and high-quality design work.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in product design, with a strong ability to move between strategic thinking and detailed execution. An outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, interaction design, and visual design, with work recognized for its quality and impact. Proven experience leading large-scale, ambiguous initiatives involving multiple teams and delivering measurable outcomes without relying on formal authority. Strong knowledge and practical experience with AI-powered product design, including the use of LLM integrations and AI prototyping tools in daily workflows. Technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with engineering teams, including the ability to create prototypes and consider technical limitations. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear ideas and tangible design solutions. Strong design judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to define and promote a high standard of product quality. Professional working proficiency in English, as the role involves collaboration with global teams and customers.
