Holstein Canada is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant, CEO & Board of Directors to provide confidential executive-level administrative and governance support to the CEO and Board. This role is ideal for someone who manages priorities well, coordinates complex activities, and supports senior leaders with professionalism and discretion.

In this role, YOU WILL

• Provide confidential administrative and governance support to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, correspondence, minutes, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate Board, committee, executive, and corporate meetings, including travel and expenses.
• Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
• Maintain Board records, governance documents, contracts, and organized filing systems.
• Act as a liaison with Board members, staff, members, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate translation and interpretation services and review outward-facing materials.
• Support senior leadership with research, presentations, proofreading, editing, and special projects.

The salary for this position will be approximately between $70,000 and $85,000.
