Who We Are Looking For

Proven Top Performer: You have originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months, and have demonstrated the ability to self-generate most or all of your leads. Experienced Professional: You have a minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent/Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.

Our splits start at 90/10 and increase to 95/5 as you grow. Splits are capped at $12,000.
