Ideal Qualifications PhD in a STEM discipline, including: Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Biology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Computer Science Or a closely related STEM field Undergraduate degree completed in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, or India. Strong research background with deep subject matter expertise. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy. Responsibilities Create high-quality, domain-specific problems and reference solutions within your area of expertise. Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, reasoning, and scientific validity. Provide expert feedback to improve the performance of advanced AI systems.
