Role: QA Manager for Teamcenter

Location: Remote Mode: Contract &Full time "- Lead end-to-end quality assurance strategy for Teamcenter implementations and enhancements

• Define and enforce QA governance, standards, and testing frameworks across PLM programs
• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT phases
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
• Plan and manage test cycles, schedules, and resource allocation aligned with Agile sprints and release timelines
• Oversee creation and execution of: o Test plans and test cases o Test scripts and automation suites o Test data preparation and management
• Ensure validation of key Teamcenter functionalities: o BOM management (EBOM/MBOM) o Change management (ECR/ECO/ECN) o Workflow processes o Access control and security
• Validate integrations with external systems (SAP, MES, CAD tools like NX)
• Drive test automation strategy (where applicable) using appropriate tools and frameworks
• Monitor and report defect metrics, test coverage, and quality KPIs to stakeholders
• Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
• Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases and defects
• Lead UAT coordination, ensuring business validation and sign-offs
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement quality improvements
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability testing for large datasets and high-volume transactions
• Collaborate with Admin teams to validate environment readiness, deployments, and releases
• Enforce adherence to release governance, change management, and compliance standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools
• Provide leadership and mentoring to QA teams across multiple vendors and geographies
• Support cutover validation, production readiness, and hypercare phases

Must-Have Skill

s- Strong experience in QA/Test Management for Teamcenter or PLM implementation s- Expertise in defining test strategies, test frameworks, and QA governanc e- Good understanding of Teamcenter functionalities and data model (BOM, workflows, items, datasets )- Experience with integration testing (SAP, NX, MES )- Hands-on experience with test management tools (ADO, JIRA, ALM, etc. )- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting tool s- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery model s- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
