Qualifications:

• Certified Millwright 433A
• Above average troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle several jobs and set priorities
• Ability to weld and machine components as necessary
• Ability to repair mechanical failures of machines including gearboxes, bearings, shafts, etc.

Duties include:

• Repair of emergency breakdown work in a priority set either by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Manager
• Completion of planned work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Planner
• Preventative maintenance checks/repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Planner
• Ensure that the work completed is recorded in a manner to ensure adequate information available for the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Manager
• Troubleshoot machine failures and repair as necessary within their abilities
• Update the computerized maintenance system by completing work orders and listing parts used
