Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of part-time Seasonal Clerk/Cashier (3 Positions) from May 4 - October 10, 2026, at our Food Store Location in Emma Lake, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Food Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points though various communication channels.
- Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to wine, spirits, beer, tobacco, and lottery.
- Serve guests, operate point-of-sale system (POS), dispense propane when required, stock and face shelves and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow FIFO.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:
- You must be 19 years of age or older; general knowledge of food and liquor store operations are considered assets.
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
- You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
- You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
- You are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.
- You must be willing and able to obtain Serve It Right, WHMIS, and propane dispensing certifications.
- You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements, standing, performing regular heavy lifting, working in cooler temperatures.
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
