At Steele Chevrolet, we are looking for a Sales Representative who brings energy, confidence, and a passion for sales. Someone who understands that every conversation is an opportunity, every customer interaction matters, and every day offers the chance to grow their business and their income.
Wage: Uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed $100,000+ annually.
What a Day Looks Like: No two days are exactly the same, and that is part of what makes this role exciting. You might start your morning following up with customers you have been working with, spend your afternoon helping a family find the perfect SUV, and finish the day delivering a new vehicle to a customer who cannot wait to hit the road! Along the way, you'll:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Guide guests through the vehicle selection and purchase process
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly
- Stay current on Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac products and technology
- Work closely with finance and leadership teams to create exceptional customer experiences
- Leverage digital tools, social media, and personal networking to grow your business
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
