Location: 103-917 Cliveden Avenue, Delta BC

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and Motivate production teams to meet efficiency and quality goals.
• Oversee plant operation, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct trainings and manage shift schedules.
• Troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate production reports.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with plant machinery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent degree or certificate is a plus.
