Atlantic Mazda is looking for a Service Video Advisor / Parts Clerk to join our team!

AtAtlantic Mazda, we’re all about creating an exceptional experience, for our customers and for our team. In this role, you’ll be right at the center of it all, supporting both our Service and Parts departments while helping bring transparency and confidence to every customer interaction.

This is a unique, hands-on position that blends communication, technology, and teamwork. You’ll create short service videos that walk customers through their vehicle’s needs in a clear and approachable way, while also supporting the day-to-day flow of the Parts department. If you enjoy variety, staying organized, and being part of a fast-moving environment, you’ll feel right at home here.

Hourly Wage Range:$18.10 – $22.05 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Order parts efficiently to support timely vehicle repairs
• Receive and accurately manage incoming parts and inventory
• Collaborate closely with technicians and the service team to keep work moving
• Build strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Capture and upload clear, high-quality service videos
• Confidently explain technician findings and recommendations in a professional, easy-to-understand way

What you bring:

• Previous automotive experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Confidence communicating on camera, voice-based, with attention to detail and accuracy
