About the role
Are you a person with an administrative profile and a versatile receptionist? Are you comfortable using computer software and enjoy working with clients? We have a position for you!
Our client, a company specializing in accounting in Montreal, is looking for a receptionist for the tax season.
Main tasks:
- Answering calls.
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
- Verifying, scanning, managing, copying, and classifying documents.
- Performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate knowledge of English to effectively communicate with both French- and English-speaking clients (30% of the time).
Salary: $22 per hour Schedule: Daytime, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Status: Temporary
