Responsible for the Gaming Experience – Poker #1407

You’ll be part of the team that ensures the smooth running of the game, explains the rules, and distributes chips with precision, all while maintaining a dynamic and respectful atmosphere.
Paid full-time training, uniform provided, guaranteed fun atmosphere. Paid training starts on August 31st, 2026, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome players to the table with professionalism and friendliness.
- Explain the rules of the game to novice players to help them integrate easily.
- Ensure the integrity and fairness of the games between players.
- Handle monetary transactions related to chip exchanges.
- Run the game according to the rules and with a constant focus on integrity.
- Collect losing bets and distribute winnings to the winners according to established rules.
- Maintain a smooth game flow in line with standards.
- Build and retain a customer base with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Support operations by informing the manager of chip refill or credit needs.
- Report any problematic or unusual situations to the manager requiring attention.
- Perform all other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of your table.

Requirements
- Availability to attend mandatory paid full-time training starting August 31st, 2026, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
- Have experience in customer service, in environments focused on customer experience, such as restaurants, bars, event management, entertainment centers, hospitality, etc.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a high school diploma.
- Excellent mental math skills with high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Salary: $18 per hour + tips
Hours: Average of 24 to 35 hours, evenings and weekends.
