We are seeking customer focused Beauty Sales Representatives for flexible, ongoing part time opportunities across Southern Ontario. Assignments take place throughout the year in retail stores, shopping centres, and at special promotional events.

What You'll Do As a Beauty Sales Representative, you will: Represent a premium Canadian skincare brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Deliver engaging product demonstrations while educating customers on ingredients, product benefits, and skincare routines. Proactively engage shoppers, build rapport, identify their skincare needs, and recommend personalized solutions that drive confidence and sales. Meet or exceed sales goals, conversion targets, and campaign KPIs. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat purchases and brand loyalty. Maintain merchandising standards and promotional displays, and complete post shift reporting through our mobile reporting platform.
What We're Looking For Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail, luxury retail, or other customer facing sales environments is considered a strong asset. Passion for beauty, skincare, or wellness. Confidence initiating conversations with new customers. Proven sales professionals who build rapport, uncover customer needs, recommend solutions, and consistently achieve sales goals and KPIs. Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and closing skills who quickly learn product knowledge and confidently communicate product benefits. Availability to travel to retail locations throughout Southern Ontario, including occasional weekday, evening, and weekend assignments.
The initial campaign runs from August through December and includes approximately 15 shifts. Successful representatives will become part of VIBRANT's beauty sales network and receive priority consideration for future client campaigns.
Campaigns take place throughout Southern Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener Waterloo, Ottawa, and surrounding communities. Candidates should be comfortable travelling within their preferred region.
Some assignments may require standing for extended periods or travelling to nearby retail locations.
