L’Administrateur Système/Réseau Senior sera responsable d'assurer la stabilité, la performance et l'évolution des infrastructures TI d'une entreprise en croissance d'environ 250 employés, principalement dans un environnement Microsoft, tout en coordonnant les interventions avec un partenaire MSP et en contribuant aux projets technologiques.

• Administrer les infrastructures serveurs, réseaux et infonuagiques
• Assurer la disponibilité, la sécurité et la performance des environnements TI
• Coordonner les interventions techniques réalisées par le fournisseur MSP
• Participer aux projets d'évolution, de modernisation et de standardisation de l'infrastructure
• Rédiger et maintenir à jour la documentation technique et les procédures

PROFIL

• 8+ années d'expérience en administration de systèmes et réseaux
• Expertise des environnements Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure) ainsi que des réseaux et de la virtualisation
• Expérience professionnelle en collaboration avec un fournisseur de services gérés (MSP)
• Personnalité dynamique, proactive et forte volonté de contribuer à la croissance d'une organisation
• DEC ou BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais)

The Senior Network/System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure of a growing organization of approximately 250 employees, primarily within a Microsoft environment, while coordinating technical activities with an MSP and contributing to infrastructure projects.

• Administer server, network and cloud infrastructure
• Ensure the availability, security and performance of IT environments
• Coordinate technical activities performed by the managed service provider (MSP)
• Participate in infrastructure modernization, standardization and improvement projects
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

PROFILE

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems and Network Administrator
• Expertise with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and virtualization
• Professional experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Outgoing, energetic and proactive personality with a strong desire to grow within a dynamic organization
• DEC or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French and English)
