This is a temporary 12-month position with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle reservations, quotes (per CRM-negotiated rates), and general customer/vendor inquiries
• Clearly communicate rental terms and conditions to customers
• Coordinate with Rental branches to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and pickups
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships
• Match customers with suitable vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
• Resolve service issues promptly and anticipate customer needs through proactive follow-ups
• Stay informed on updates to rental products, services, and policies
• Generate reports for corporate clients, including invoices, utilization, comparisons, and scorecards

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum one year experience in a customer service role (experience working as a Rental Consultant would be considered a strong asset)
• Business Administration diploma is preferred
• Problem solving and negotiating skills
• Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
