RCI Aggregates Ltd. (an affiliate of Park Paving Ltd.) is seeking an experiencedCrushing Loader Operatorto join our team. This is a full-time seasonal position that offers competitive wages and benefits.

As a Crushing Loader Operator, your main duties will include:

• Operate front-end loaders to feed material into crusher systems
• Maintain a constant flow of materials to the crusher while ensuring high production rates
• Perform regular inspections of the equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all operations
• Assist with general maintenance and repair of the crushing equipment
• Understand and manage stockpile levels and material quality
• Support other team members as required in various tasks around the site

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we meet production goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating loaders, preferably in a crushing or aggregate environment
• Valid Class 5 Driver's license
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
• Able to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
