Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. Schedules may vary and require flexibility.
Pay Range: Variable commission structure.
This role reports to the General Sales Manager of the dealership.

A day in the Life
As a Financial Services Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the final stages of the vehicle purchase process, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and premium experience aligned with the Audi brand.
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and supportive manner during the finance and delivery process, both in-store and through follow-ups as needed
- Review vehicle purchase agreements and clearly explain financing, leasing, and payment options
- Present and structure finance and lease contracts in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
- Offer and explain additional protection products such as extended warranties, insurance products, and vehicle protection packages
- Work closely with the sales team, management, and lending institutions to secure approvals and finalize deals efficiently
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, compliant, and submitted in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date records and deal documentation within dealership systems and CRM tools
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and organized vehicle delivery experience
- Build strong relationships with financial institutions and stay current on lending programs and rate changes
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge related to financing, insurance products, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and compliance
Success in this role comes from attention to detail, strong communication, compliance awareness, and the ability to build trust while guiding customers through financial decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of finance office experience in a motor vehicle dealership environment
- A valid AMVIC license is required
- Strong understanding of financial concepts or willingness to learn finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially with legal and financial documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, ethical, and compliance-focused approach to customer interactions
- Ability to build rapport and trust while explaining complex information clearly
- Comfortable working with digital systems, CRM tools, and dealership software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on dealership needs
- Previous experience in automotive finance or sales is preferred
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow within a dealership environment
