At Foothills Group, we’re on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Professional to join our growing team. If you have experience in parts departments, a drive to learn, and a passion for organization and customer service, this is the role for you!
The Details:
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Location: Lethbridge, North
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Parts Experience – Automotive, heavy-duty and equipment, we work on it all!
✅ Commitment to Learn – A willingness to grow and master your role.
✅ Valid Driver’s License – You’re ready to hit the road when needed.
✅ Time Management Skills – Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and keep things moving.
✅ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with email, internet searches, and basic computer tasks.
These are Assets (But Not Required):
➕ Parts Technician Ticket or actively pursuing the designation.
➕ Forklift License – Be ready to take charge of moving parts and inventory.
➕ Materials Management Systems – If you’ve got this down, we’re impressed!
➕ Technical Knowledge – A strong understanding of parts, systems, and inventory management.
➕ Excellent Communication Skills – You can keep things clear, organized, and professional.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inventory Management: Shipping, receiving, restocking, and organizing parts.
- Stock Control: Set min/max levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Customer Support: Help customers and technicians find, select, and price parts efficiently and professionally (automotive, heavy-duty, and equipment).
- Order Fulfillment: Pull and fill orders while keeping everyone updated on arrivals and delays.
- Forklift Operation: Move and manage stock safely.
- Communication: Respond to parts inquiries via phone, email, or in-person while maintaining accurate records of discussions with customers and vendors.

What started out as a one man show fixing automotive vehicles in a three car garage just a few years ago, has quickly turned into a much larger operation. Moving from a home garage into a building with a 3,300 sq ft shop was a big step towards our goals.
