About the role
**Job Type:**Full-time, Hourly (up to 37.5 hours/week)
**Schedule:**Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings
Salary:$18.02 - $19.37/hour

What you’ll be doing:
- Receiving all opening and closing confirmation calls from sites.
- Assisting Manager with customer complaints (internal and external).
- Ensuring the proper flow of donated goods.
- Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and providing feedback when necessary.
- Assisting the Manager, Product and Donation Flow in liaising with transportation teams.
- Assisting in preparing team member timesheets and schedules.
- Assisting with the team member recruitment process.
- Setting training programs with Donation Attendants and monitoring progress.
- Traveling to sites as required to assist in the management of operations.
- Participating in training/meeting function as requested.
What you bring to the table:
- You’re 18 years of age or older.
- You’re eligible to work in Canada.
- You hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Ability and willingness to work in other locations as required
- Ability to work alone or unsupervised, dependability and reliability is required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekend and evenings).
- Ability to regularly lift in excess of 10 kilograms (22 pounds) and perform physical work on a continual basis.
