What you’ll be doing:

• Receiving all opening and closing confirmation calls from sites.
• Assisting Manager with customer complaints (internal and external).
• Ensuring the proper flow of donated goods.
• Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and providing feedback when necessary.
• Assisting the Manager, Product and Donation Flow in liaising with transportation teams.
• Assisting in preparing team member timesheets and schedules.
• Assisting with the team member recruitment process.
• Setting training programs with Donation Attendants and monitoring progress.
• Traveling to sites as required to assist in the management of operations.
• Participating in training/meeting function as requested.

What you bring to the table:

• You’re 18 years of age or older.
• You’re eligible to work in Canada.
• You hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Ability and willingness to work in other locations as required
• Ability to work alone or unsupervised, dependability and reliability is required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekend and evenings).
• Ability to regularly lift in excess of 10 kilograms (22 pounds) and perform physical work on a continual basis.
• You deliver amazing customer service by going above and beyond for all Goodwill customers.
• You demonstrate teamwork and engage fellow Team Members in contributing to Goodwill’s mission & core purpose.
• You have an open and honest attitude while making moral decisions.
