Executive/Personal Assistant to the Co-Owner
We're looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the co-owner across a wide range of business responsibilities which include the coordination of projects, communications, and day-to-day professional and personal obligations. You'll be trusted to manage important communications, keep projects moving, and ensure the details are looked after. This is a high paced role dealing with multiple priorities to keep the business moving. Every day is different, so being adaptable and able to prioritize is essential. The position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem solving, bringing efficiency to a busy schedule and creating impact in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize email inboxes, including drafting and responding to correspondence with internal leaders, store managers, vendors, brand partners, corporate clients, landlords, charitable organizations and other business contacts.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel
Prepare and edit emails, documents, and other business communications Track projects, renewals, deadlines, and follow-up items Coordinate vendors, appointments, services, and business logistics Research information and help solve day-to-day business challenges Keep digital files and records organized Support co-owner with a busy schedule Assist with special projects as they arise
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication Good judgment and the ability to work with confidential information Someone who is dependable, resourceful, and follows through Tech proficiency (Google Workspace, email management, calendars, and task/project management tools, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Slides) Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for local errands Permanent Resident status in Canada Ability to provide a clear criminal background check Flexibility to respond as needed, including evenings and weekends
