Our client is well known for its customer centric approach and extensive insurance and market knowledge. This Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will manage a book of business, provide excellent customer service to their VIP and High Net Worth clients.
About The Position: Assist clients on any inquiries and discuss their insurance needs Answer phone calls from clients when available Create and bind new insurance policies Identify additional coverages for existing clients Complete policy reviews and renewals Job Requirements: Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Lines Broker Experience in High Net Worth and VIP customers in Alberta Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be able to work in office full tme (Monday to Friday) Benefits: $65,000 - $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus annual fixed bonus Health benefits plan and spending account Paid vacation plus personal days RRSP match, education support Free parking available
