And, each year, our specialized air ambulance crew transfers hundreds of the most critically ill and injured patients to specialized medical centres around the Maritimes and beyond.Duties of Position:Clinical expectations and responsibilities for Primary Care Paramedics are based on the current National Occupational Competency Profile (NOCP) for Primary Care Paramedics,Paramedic Association of New Brunswick registration requirements as well as Ambulance NB policies, procedures and protocols.Our paramedics provide medical support to patients on scene and en route to hospitals. Given the unpredictability of clinical presentations in the field, they are skilled in emergency techniques and well-versed in various medical treatments. "First on scene" in times of crisis, they don't leave until the job's done.If you're a new graduate from a post-secondary program in paramedicine or have working experience outside the province of New Brunswick, ANB has a standardized process for selecting top candidates to fill Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) positions.
