About the role
Come join a dynamic team at GFL Environmental as a Shop Administrator in Edmonton, AB.
The Shop Administrator will perform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain shop inventory.
- Process all repair orders in a timely manner.
- Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.
- Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.
- Assist with Accounts Payable.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic computer skills required.
- Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems desired.
- Organization and data entry skills.
- Proficient with I-PAK and/or TMW systems.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear and use hands and fingers.
- Visual Requirements: include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
- Work in front of computer terminal 90% of the time.
- Noise level is moderate.
- Work in indoor office environment 95% of the time.
