Ledcor is looking for Skilled Turnaround Labourers to join our team supporting major shutdowns and turnarounds across Alberta’s industrial facilities.

Watch Ledcor’s Innovation, Culture and Community video to see what it’s like working for Ledcor and apply today to join the true blue team - watch here Essential Responsibilities: Perform general labour duties to support shutdown and turnaround activities in industrial environments Assist tradespeople with maintenance, repairs, equipment replacement, and site preparation activities Handle and move materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Conduct housekeeping duties, including cleaning work areas and maintaining an organized job site Support line break activities, equipment isolation, and other outage-related tasks as directed Follow all permit, isolation, and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures to ensure safe work execution Adapt to changing priorities and support critical path activities in a fast-paced shutdown environment Maintain productivity and quality standards during extended shifts and compressed project schedules Participate in FLHAs, toolbox talks, and safety programs while contributing to a strong safety culture Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and other crew members to achieve project objectives Qualifications: Previous labourer experience in industrial, construction, oil and gas, or maintenance environments is considered an asset Experience working on shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage projects is a must Ability to safely use common hand tools and equipment Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and standing for extended periods Ability to work 10-12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdown periods Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Additional Information Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
