Since then COWS has added the Creamery line of butters and cheeses, which have gone on to win awards around the World! Our Cheddar is available aged 1, 2, or 3 years, Appletree Smoked, or bandage wrapped in our revered Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar. Our butter line is well known for its high-butter fat content and is available in salted, unsalted, and cultured varieties.
