Under the direction of a Tobacco Enforcement Officer, the Minor Test Shopper purchases or attempts to purchase tobacco or vapour products at retail outlets. The Minor Test Shopper observes and notes the physical appearance of the sales clerk(s) and records the details of the transaction as well as appears in court as a witness to provide testimony for formal prosecutions, administrative hearings or the defense of violation tickets issued by a Tobacco and Vapour Enforcement Officer.
Must be at least 16 years of age and no older than the age of majority
The hourly rate for this position is $21.85 per hour, and will be based on education, training, experience of similar positions.

Must be at least 16 years of age and no older than the age of majority and a full time student with experience in public speaking or oral presentations. Must possess a valid government issued photo identification card.
