Appointment Coordinator – Service Department (White Glove Concierge)

At Volvo Cars New Brunswick we are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our Service Department team. This in-person role is the first point of contact for our service clients and plays a key part in delivering a seamless, high-end experience at every interaction.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for a premium, seamless experience from the very first interaction.

• Manage all inbound appointment requests (phone, email, online)
• Schedule and optimize service bookings to keep our shop running at peak efficiency
• Coordinate our White Glove Concierge Service (vehicle pick-up & drop-off)
• Communicate clearly with clients and ensure every detail is handled
• Proactively fill open time slots and build future appointment pipelines
• Support the service team to keep each day running smoothly

• Confident in executing concierge services seamlessly from start to finish
• Proactive approach to pre-booking, especially during peak tire seasons
