What You’ll Do:

-Production Support– Rotate through various areas of the sawmill to assist in production processes, including material handling, sorting, and supporting machine operators. -Material Handling and Maintenance– Lift, pull, and pile materials to maintain continuous production flow and ensure accessibility for production teams. -Safety Adherence– Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. -Quality Assurance– Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and report discrepancies. -Team Collaboration– Work closely with your team and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

-No prior experience required– This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the forestry industry. -High School Diploma or GED– Basic educational requirements to get you started. -Physical Fitness– Ability to lift, pull, and pile materials in a physically demanding environment. -Positive Attitude– Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, and work well in a team setting. -Commitment to Safety– A strong focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols.
