Patient Care Coordinator – Fredericton, New BrunswickAvant Respiratory provides clinical consultation, diagnostic services, and treatment for a wide range of sleep disorders, helping patients across Canada sleep better and live better. We're growing, and we're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Fredericton team.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for patients and team members, answering questions and helping them get the support and care they need Collect patient medical histories and insurance information, and keep medical charts and patient data up to date Coordinate appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and follow-ups Answer and screen incoming calls, determining urgency and routing or scheduling as needed Support patients through insurance pre-authorizations and claims Track clinical activity and prepare reports as required Keep equipment clean and in good working order, arranging maintenance or repairs when needed Take on other related duties as they come up What We’re Looking For A positive, supportive attitude At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or customer/client service Strong communication skills and a professional, mature demeanor Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Comfort learning new systems and processes Experience with an EMR system is an asset Experience in healthcare or sleep therapy is an asset, but not required – we provide training Bilingual French/English is an asset Job Details Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18-$24/hour, based on experience What We Offer Extended Health, Dental & Vision Care Disability & Life Insurance Paid Vacation + Sick Time RRSP Matching Excellent work/life balance If this sounds like the right next step for you, we'd love to hear from you.
