Millwright
Starting wage of $44.02/hour
Perform reactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot, repair, install, and modify plant equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Follow all safety, food safety, and company policies while supporting continuous improvement. Collaborate effectively with other trades and departments, completing work orders and maintenance documentation accurately.
Electrician
Starting wage of $44.02
Repair and maintenance of filling machines, pasteurizing process systems, packaging systems and conveyers common to a dairy operation Carries out electrical equipment modifications Completes preventative maintenance on assigned equipment Troubleshoots and repairs electrical equipment in breakdown situations to ensure production efficiencies are achieved Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and manuals to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance
Shift Engineer
Starting wage of $47.42
Perform all maintenance functions pertaining to refrigeration and auxiliary equipment, pumps, motors, high pressure steam plant, etc.; Operate all plant refrigeration and heating systems Preventative Maintenance on related equipment; Complete all required documentation (work orders, log books, etc.);
Maintenance Planner
Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities, including weekly and daily plans aligned with operations and equipment availability Determine work priorities using risk assessment tools and develop detailed work packages (labor, materials, tools, safety requirements) Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and stakeholders while tracking progress and communicating updates Manage CMMS systems (e.g., SAP), ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with safety and food safety standards Qualifications: Mechanical/Electrical diploma or degree with 3+ years of maintenance planning experience (food industry preferred) and strong knowledge of safe work practices
