About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items. Provide basic information on facilities. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Shop for food and household supplies. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Punctuality. Client focus. Dependability. Flexibility.
