Here's your chance to become a key player in our dynamic team.Pfaff Subaruis searching for aUsed Car Buyerwho will be responsible for obtaining phenomenal used-car inventory through appraisals and by attending off-site auctions. Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for all faces of acquiring a used-car inventory through direct contacts, generated leads, off-site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers or any other available avenues.

Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and ensure timely processing of all purchases.

Responsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning process.

Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools.

Requires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictate.

Generate leads and create appointments by researching the available used car market.

Meet car buying quotas.

Understand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas.

Develop effective working relationships with all purchasing venues to accelerate the placement of ideal inventory in an expeditious and cost-effective manner.

Effectively utilize lead management tools.
-
Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.

Required to be the expert in all aspects of the purchasing, shipping, selling and stocking vehicles.

Monitor wholesale valuations and market conditions for accurate evaluations.

Assist in wholesale disposition when vehicles do not meet retail standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Must have experience in the automotive industry.
-
OMVIC license.
-
A valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract is required for this role.

Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and customer service skills.

Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.

Pay: From $37,000-$80,000+. Based on ability to sell effectively. Earning potential vary based on individual performance.
