About the role
Fleetway is hiring Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to support the delivery and long-term sustainment of Canada’s next generation naval platforms. In this role, you will contribute to the development of maintenance strategies, sparing and provisioning solutions, and life cycle support products that ensure complex marine systems remain available, reliable, and supportable throughout their service life.
Working closely with engineering, program, and service delivery teams, you will perform and review Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR and M) activities to inform design decisions and downstream sustainment planning.
